Job Description
Job Duties:
  • Provide administrative support to management and other staff members.
  • Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive image and professional reception.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure the smooth running of office operations.
  • Support special projects and other responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:
  • Recent graduate with a diploma or degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational qualification preferred.
  • Previous internship or work experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work in person during standard business hours.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
