Job Description
Job Duties:
- Provide administrative support to management and other staff members.
- Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and events.
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive image and professional reception.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the smooth running of office operations.
- Support special projects and other responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate with a diploma or degree in a relevant field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational qualification preferred.
- Previous internship or work experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work in person during standard business hours.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
