Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support and assistance to the team or executive as needed.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage correspondence via phone calls, emails, and mail.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records and files.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Assist in planning and executing events or special projects.
  • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications and queries effectively.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
Qualifications
  • A recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Prior internship or relevant experience in administrative support is a plus.

  • Must be reliable and punctual.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
