Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support and assistance to the team or executive as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Manage correspondence via phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Maintain organized and accurate records and files.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Assist in planning and executing events or special projects.
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and managing inventory.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications and queries effectively.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- A recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Prior internship or relevant experience in administrative support is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
