Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
• Process customer orders, applications, and requests.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Build and maintain positive business relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Identify sales opportunities and upsell products and services to meet sales targets.
• Record and document all interactions with customers in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is beneficial but not required.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Additional language skills are a plus.
• Demonstrable ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and professional demeanor.
