Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Process customer orders, applications, and requests.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Build and maintain positive business relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Identify sales opportunities and upsell products and services to meet sales targets.
Record and document all interactions with customers in the CRM system.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with a diverse group of customers.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficiency with computers and familiarity with current communication and sales technologies.
Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time effectively.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically depending on the situation.
Qualifications:
Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service or sales is beneficial but not required.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Additional language skills are a plus.
Demonstrable ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Enthusiastic, friendly, and professional demeanor.
