Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and articulate female staff for the roles of Call Handling and Social Account Handling for platforms such as Facebook and Zameen.com. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for candidates with less than one year of experience looking to develop their skills in customer service and social media management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and manage incoming calls in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information to callers and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Engage with customers via social media platforms, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
  • Handle social media accounts, including responding to comments, messages, and interactions on platforms like Facebook and Zameen.com.
  • Maintain records of communications and interactions with customers.
  • Assist in developing social media strategies to enhance customer engagement.
  • Participate in training sessions and meetings to improve service skills and learn about company updates.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Zameen.com.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Quick learner with a willingness to develop and adapt to new tools and techniques.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or social media management is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or social media handling is beneficial but not required.
