Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and articulate female staff for the roles of Call Handling and Social Account Handling for platforms such as Facebook and Zameen.com. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for candidates with less than one year of experience looking to develop their skills in customer service and social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information to callers and resolve customer inquiries.
- Engage with customers via social media platforms, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
- Handle social media accounts, including responding to comments, messages, and interactions on platforms like Facebook and Zameen.com.
- Maintain records of communications and interactions with customers.
- Assist in developing social media strategies to enhance customer engagement.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to improve service skills and learn about company updates.
