Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the food service department, ensuring efficient and high-quality service.
- Develop, implement, and maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure products are properly stocked.
- Train, schedule, and supervise food service staff to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to plan menus and estimate food and beverage costs.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and appropriately.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall customer experience and service efficiency.
- Monitor financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and managing costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and other relevant laws.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Food Service Manager or in a similar managerial role within the food service industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks concurrently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or culinary arts is a plus.
- Certification in food safety or sanitation is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with point-of-sale systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
Working Conditions

Experience
3-5 years of experience in food service management or a similar field.
