Greet and welcome visitors
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Manage the reception area and maintain a clean and organized front desk
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, courier, etc.)
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes if required
Provide basic information to clients and direct them to the appropriate department
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping
Coordinate with other departments for smooth office operations
Skills & Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling)
