  • Greet and welcome visitors
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Manage the reception area and maintain a clean and organized front desk
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, courier, etc.)
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes if required
  • Provide basic information to clients and direct them to the appropriate department
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth office operations
Skills & Requirements:
  • Minimum qualification: Graduation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling)
