About the Role
Ard Gallery is looking for a proactive and organized individual to manage the operational and business side of the gallery. This is a client-facing role that sits at the intersection of business development, administration, and customer experience.
You will be responsible for driving the gallery's commercial activities, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for every client and visitor — while the gallery's creative work continues independently alongside you.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Business Development
- Handle all incoming business inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Pitch the gallery's offerings to prospective clients and partners
- Negotiate and finalize terms and agreements
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Revenue & Administration
- Own end-to-end business operations — from lead generation to payment collection
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, agreements, and transactions
- Prepare and issue invoices and follow up to ensure timely collections
Gallery Operations
- Oversee day-to-day gallery admin and ensure smooth ongoing operations
- Develop a solid understanding of the gallery's business model, offerings, and processes
- Assist with on-ground logistics and guest management during exhibitions and events
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all operational and business-related matters
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills in English and Urdu — written and verbal
- Confident, professional, and personable in client-facing situations
- Well-organized and capable of managing multiple priorities independently
- Comfortable with basic invoicing, record-keeping, and business administration
- Prior experience in operations, sales, or a client-facing role is preferred
- An interest in or appreciation for the arts is a plus
