Role Overview
We are hiring a Growth Analyst to work directly with the leadership team to design, execute, and scale our go-to-market (GTM) initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution across multiple growth channels.
You will leverage modern, AI-driven tools and technologies to accelerate learning and impact across sales, marketing, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Support leadership in planning and executing GTM and growth strategies
- Analyze performance across sales, marketing, and outreach channels
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and growth metrics
- Run experiments to improve lead generation, conversion, and retention
- Use AI tools to automate research, outreach, and analysis workflows
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams on growth initiatives
- Identify new growth opportunities, tools, and processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, dashboards, and CRM tools
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication and collaboration skills
- High ownership, curiosity, and willingness to experiment
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience in growth, analytics, sales ops, or marketing ops
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation, or SaaS products
- Background in B2B, logistics, or technology companies
