Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of hospitality operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences.
  • Manage staff including recruiting, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor budgets, financial plans, and sales to ensure profitability.
  • Establish and uphold high standards of cleanliness and service.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain quality service and inventory.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
  • Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss operational goals and customer feedback.
  • Work closely with other departments to create and execute promotional events and activities.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in hospitality management or similar roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful strategies.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in budgeting, financial analysis, and sales forecasting.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with health and safety standards in the hospitality industry.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Certification in hospitality management or similar credentials is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
