Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in performance management cycle.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and HRIS.
  • Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing and final settlements.
  • Support recruitment activities (interviews scheduling, candidate coordination).
  • Maintain employee files, contracts, and letters.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports (attendance, headcount, turnover, etc.).
  • Ensure HR SOP and policy compliance.
Required Skills:
  • Knowledge of HR operations and HR practices.
  • Experience with HRIS / ERP systems.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR reporting.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills.
