Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Assist in performance management cycle.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Handle attendance, leave management, and HRIS.
Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing and final settlements.
Support recruitment activities (interviews scheduling, candidate coordination).
Maintain employee files, contracts, and letters.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Prepare HR reports (attendance, headcount, turnover, etc.).
Ensure HR SOP and policy compliance.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of HR operations and HR practices.
Experience with HRIS / ERP systems.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR reporting.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Problem-solving and organizational skills.
