About the Role

PostEx is offering a structured HR internship opportunity for a motivated and learning-oriented individual who is keen to build a career in Human Resources. This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to Organization Development (OD), Employer Branding, and core HR Operations. The selected intern will work closely with the HR team at Head Office and gain practical experience across multiple HR functions. This internship is performance-based and may lead to a full-time role upon successful completion.

Key Learning Areas & Responsibilities
Organization Development (OD)
  • Support in designing and documenting organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and updating HR policies, SOPs, and process documentation
  • Participate in initiatives related to performance management frameworks, competency mapping, and employee development programs
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing feedback and HR data to support OD initiatives
Employer Branding
  • Support in executing employer branding strategies to strengthen PostEx’s presence as an employer of choice
  • Assist in managing and creating content for career pages and social media platforms
  • Support campus engagement activities, job fairs, and internship programs
  • Help in coordinating recruitment marketing campaigns and employer branding initiatives
  • Assist in maintaining a strong employer value proposition across hiring channels
HR Operations
  • Support in employee onboarding and documentation processes
  • Maintain HR records and employee data in coordination with HR operations
  • Assist with attendance, leave management, and HR coordination tasks
  • Provide administrative support for HR activities and internal communications
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth execution of HR processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Strong interest in building a career in HR, OD, and employer branding
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of HR concepts (OD, recruitment, employee engagement is a plus)
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and professional work ethics
