Job Overview
We are seeking a competent and proactive HR Manager who will also oversee administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations along with ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Oversee performance management processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Manage payroll coordination and benefits administration
Administration:
- Oversee office administration and facility management
- Manage vendor relations and office supplies
- Ensure smooth daily office operations
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in HR and at least one year in HR & Administration
- Prior experience in a software house is highly preferred
- Professional English communication skills (spoken & written) are mandatory
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Candidates residing in Wapda Town or nearby areas will be preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Gross Salary: PKR 150,000 – 200,000
