Job Description
We are looking for an HR Officer for a restaurant chain
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in manpower planning and job posting on various platforms.
Maintain and update employee personal files and HR database.
Ensure proper documentation of joining formalities.
Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
Coordinate with the payroll department for accurate salary processing.
Support in handling disciplinary matters and grievance resolution.
Recruitments:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of relevant HR experience.
Must have strong skills in software handling and Microsoft Excel.
