Job Description
We are looking for an HR Officer for a restaurant chain
Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in manpower planning and job posting on various platforms.
  • Maintain and update employee personal files and HR database.
  • Ensure proper documentation of joining formalities.
  • Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
  • Coordinate with the payroll department for accurate salary processing.
  • Support in handling disciplinary matters and grievance resolution.
Recruitments:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Must have strong skills in software handling and Microsoft Excel.
