The Catalyst Group is hiring an HR Lead (People & Talent Strategy) for its client, Intellia - a next-generation AI strategy and advisory firm.
Intellia operates at the intersection of AI, data, and strategy, working with governments and enterprises (primarily in the GCC) on high-impact, large-scale transformation agendas. With a consulting model inspired by firms like McKinsey & Company and Bain & Company, the firm is building a high-caliber, globally competitive team.
Role Overview
This is a foundational HR leadership role focused on building and scaling the firm’s people function — from attracting elite talent to embedding a high-performance culture. You will work directly with leadership to shape how Intellia hires, develops, and retains top-tier talent in a global consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute talent strategy and workforce planning
- Build structured pipelines from top universities
- Design and run a best-in-class recruitment process for consulting roles
- Establish performance management and career progression frameworks
- Build and embed a high-performance, ownership-driven culture
- Develop learning and capability-building programs for consulting teams
- Set up and manage core HR systems, policies, and operations
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership on hiring, org design, and people decisions
Ideal Candidate
- 5–7 years of experience in HR, Talent, or People roles
- Background in consulting, high-growth startups, or global organisations preferred
- Exposure to international markets / overseas clients is important
- Strong ability to work with high-caliber, intellectually rigorous teams
- Structured thinker with strong execution capability
- Comfortable in a lean, high-ownership environment
