Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of new product features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to iterate and improve product designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Ensure design consistency and quality across all product interfaces.
• Participate in team brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
• Maintain design documentation and update style guides as necessary.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in product design or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and functional design work.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with prototyping tools and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn and grow in the product design field.
• Familiarity with current design trends and technologies.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
