Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior designers and cross-functional teams to assist in the design and development of new product features.
• Participate in user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback.
• Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Contribute to the design process from concept through execution, ensuring a consistent user experience.
• Help maintain and update design libraries and documentation.
• Participate in design critique sessions to provide and receive feedback.
• Support senior designers in creating presentation materials for internal and client reviews.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of design principles and a passion for creating user-friendly interfaces.
• Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to take direction and provide input.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience, either through internships or project work.
• A portfolio showcasing design projects, including wireframes, mockups, or prototypes.
• Basic understanding of production technologies, like HTML/CSS, is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for design aesthetics.
