Inventory & Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Inventory & Sales Coordinator to join our team. This position is ideal for fresh candidates or individuals with up to 6 months of experience who want to grow in retail operations and business management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage daily inventory records
• Track how much stock has arrived, how much has been sold, and how much is remaining
• Maintain proper record of total items received and dispatched
• Prepare daily sales reports
• Record total sales of the day
• Separate sales data into cash sales and card sales
• Maintain daily expense records
• Calculate daily profit and loss
• Coordinate with sales and store team for accurate reporting
• Ensure stock records match physical inventory

Requirements:

• Freshers are encouraged to apply
• Maximum 6 months of experience (not mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Honest, responsible, and detail-focused
• Basic understanding of sales and inventory management
