Compensation
  • Salary: Competitive, based on experience
  • Structure: Basic salary + allowances (up to PKR 800,000)

Role Summary

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing existing key accounts and developing new business opportunities within the Pakistan market, primarily based in Lahore. This role focuses on driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding the company’s flavour portfolio across assigned accounts while collaborating closely with regional and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow assigned key accounts while identifying and developing new customers within the territory.
  • Drive sales and marketing activities for the company’s flavour portfolio across prospective and existing clients.
  • Develop annual sales budgets and track performance against targets in alignment with regional objectives.
  • Achieve profitable growth by meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.
  • Identify and create marketing opportunities for new products and flavour concepts that complement the existing portfolio.
  • Proactively identify potential product concepts and prepare customer presentations.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding their business needs and growth opportunities.
  • Conduct professional presentations on the company’s flavour solutions to prospective clients.
  • Monitor competitor activities, including pricing, new product launches, and market positioning.
  • Stay informed on flavour trends, applications, and industry developments.
  • Liaise closely with Head Office and regional affiliates to share market intelligence and sales insights.
  • Travel locally within Lahore to meet customers on-site as required.
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience, preferably within food flavours, ingredients, or food manufacturing.
  • Must be based in Lahore and comfortable with frequent local travel.
  • Prior experience working with a global multinational company is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to perform under pressure and consistently meet sales KPIs.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; English proficiency preferred.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on, customer-focused approach.
