Requirements

• Ability in lead generation and acquiring new leads
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in conducting research to identify potential clients and market opportunities
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, CRM databases, email campaigns, and outbound calls
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined sales criteria and convert them into opportunities
• Maintain a solid understanding of the company’s products/services to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects
• Track and manage all lead interactions and activities to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets related to lead generation, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution
• Provide regular reports and feedback on lead quality, market trends, and prospect responses
