Job Description
Responsibilities
Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract potential clients.
Identify and research potential leads using various online and offline sources.
Reach out to prospects via email, phone, and other communication channels to generate new business opportunities.
Maintain and update the lead database to ensure accuracy and completeness of client information.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall company goals.
Analyze lead generation metrics and report on the effectiveness of strategies to optimize future campaigns.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
Assist in creating marketing content and collateral to support lead generation activities.
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation is a plus but not required.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.

Open to working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
