Hiring: Lead Support Specialist/Lead Generation

Fulcrum Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for its esteemed client.

Location: PECHS, Karachi (On-site)

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Salary: PKR 125,000

Working Days: 5 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and pursue leads to drive conversions and revenue growth
• Handle customer escalations, feedback, and complex support issues
• Develop and optimize customer support processes
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to achieve business goals
• Monitor support KPIs and recommend improvements
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Coordinate and schedule appointments for the Sales team and CEO

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Karachi
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer support (global exposure preferred)
• Experience in lead management or a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Experience with customer support tools and systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM tools and customer feedback systems
• Knowledge of support metrics (CSAT, FTR, etc.)
