Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of AI engineers to develop and implement AI solutions.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and AI applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to implement AI solutions.
• Ensure effective project management and timely delivery of AI projects.
• Monitor the performance of AI systems and make improvements as needed.
• Keep current with advancements in AI technology and methodologies.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers to enhance their professional growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing and leading AI teams or projects.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in AI engineering or a related field.
• Demonstrated track record of deploying AI solutions or projects successfully.
• Certifications in AI, machine learning, or data science are a plus.
