Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in a marketing lead or managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, tactics, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Experience with digital marketing, including email, social media, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in an on-site, full-time setting.
  • Knowledge of current marketing trends and a demonstrated interest in continuing education in the marketing field.
