Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept to production for new products and updates.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on design strategies.
• Mentor and guide a team of product designers to foster a culture of creativity and innovation.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and understand customer needs.
• Develop high-quality design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, and prototypes.
• Present and communicate design ideas and concepts to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and continually seek to improve design standards and processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Designer, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a design leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful product design projects and expertise in product design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results on time.
• Experience working in a cross-functional team environment and collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in managing and mentoring a team of designers.
• Proficiency in both interaction design and visual design.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and practices.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of web development practices is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for working in person in a collaborative team environment on a full-time basis.
