Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Manager Product Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Manager Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading a team of creative designers, driving design projects from concept to completion, and ensuring that all our products meet high standards of quality, usability, and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of product designers, providing mentorship and development opportunities.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop innovative design solutions.
• Oversee and guide the product design process, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and final design delivery.
• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain a high-quality standard.
• Ensure designs are aligned with user experience and brand guidelines.
• Facilitate design sprints and workshops to foster idea generation and problem-solving.
• Stay updated on industry trends and improve design processes and practices accordingly.
• Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of design projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a product designer with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
• Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role within a design team.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of product design projects.
• Excellent understanding of design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Exceptional visual, interaction, and UX design skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude and a creative mindset.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven track record of leading successful product design projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a creative team.
• Experience working on-site in a full-time capacity.
