Requirements
Proven experience in managing and leading a team of designers.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in product design, UI/UX, and interaction design.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with a user-centric mindset.
Experience with design software and tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the design industry.
