Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of product designers to deliver user-centered design solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product design strategies and goals.
• Guide the design process from concept to launch, ensuring solutions are aligned with business objectives and user needs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on design solutions.
• Oversee the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all product designs and documentation.
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies that could benefit the product design function.
• Mentor and develop junior designers to foster a creative and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise across various platforms.
• Previous experience leading or managing a design team.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate design concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in a product design or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio that showcases a range of design styles and project deliverables.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team of designers.

• Familiarity with front-end development concepts is advantageous.
