Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of product designers to deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and design goals.
• Oversee the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces to ensure a user-centered design approach.
• Provide feedback and guidance to the design team to improve their skills and output.
• Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and company vision across all design projects.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and incorporate innovative design practices into the workflow.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in product design or a related role.
• Proven experience with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous product design work.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience conducting user research and applying insights to design processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field preferred.
• Proven track record of managing design projects from concept to completion.
• Experience working in an on-site setting and the ability to work full-time hours.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
