Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Designer with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience in leading design teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Experience working in an in-person work setting, fostering team dynamics and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, HCI, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in leading successful design projects from conception to execution.
