Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of product designers to achieve project goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Develop design processes and best practices to ensure high-quality output.
• Oversee multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and align with the initial design vision.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to inform design decisions.
• Present and defend designs to stakeholders and senior management.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate into product development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing a team of designers and leading design projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing functional design and clear understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a knack for bringing creativity into practical design solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience in user-centered design, user research, and usability testing.
• Familiarity with design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in product design, with a minimum of 2 years in a management role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team while working under tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of the principles of responsive and interactive design.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
