Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of product designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and marketers to define product vision and strategy.
• Oversee the entire design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality design standards.
• Develop user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, customer feedback, and usability findings.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on design solutions and improve user experiences.
• Ensure consistency in the visual identity and design language across all product touchpoints.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a product designer, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions and successful product design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design concepts and strategies to diverse audiences.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of current design trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Familiarity with agile development processes is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable design solutions.
• Passion for creating engaging and intuitive user experiences.
