About the Role:
- At least 3–5 years of experience in corporate secretariat functions, board governance, regulatory administration, or institutional coordination, gained within regulatory authorities, statutory bodies, government organizations, public-sector entities, or reputable corporate institutions, preferably with:
- Experience in managing Board, Chairperson, or senior-management secretariat functions, including meeting coordination and executive decision support.
- Proven experience supporting corporate governance frameworks, including compliance with statutory, regulatory, and procedural requirements.
- Practical exposure to preparation and circulation of agendas, minutes, resolutions, and working papers for Board and committee meetings, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Experience in maintaining official records, registers, and statutory documentation, and tracking implementation of Board and management decisions.
- Strong organizational, drafting, and coordination skills, with experience liaising with internal departments, government bodies, regulators, and external stakeholders in a high-confidentiality environment.
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Public Policy, International Relations, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Law, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Relevant professional certifications in public policy, policy analysis, strategic management, project management, public-sector governance, or any other relevant discipline shall be considered an added advantage.
