Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative female Social Media Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Social Media Manager, you will play a vital role in driving our social media strategy, engaging with our audience, and enhancing our brand’s presence across various platforms. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both remotely and in-office for flexibility and optimal productivity.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
  • Create engaging content across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize social media campaigns.
  • Respond to comments and messages, and manage community engagement in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members to align social media content with overall marketing objectives.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Assist in content creation such as writing, designing, and multimedia production.
  • Identify trends and insights, and adjust the strategy accordingly.
  • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns when necessary.
Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate with a keen interest in social media and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their analytics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for design and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc., is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in social media through internships, personal projects, or coursework.
  • Ability to adapt to the hybrid working model and manage tasks in a flexible work environment.
