Responsibilities
Provide Creative Direction to Designers for Social Media Posts
  • Develop engaging and innovative creative concepts for social media content.
  • Collaborate closely with designers to ensure visual assets align with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Review and approve final designs before publication.
Social Media Management
  • Oversee all aspects of social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Monitor social media trends and audience feedback to inform content optimization.
Ambassador Program Leadership
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of brand ambassadors to represent the organization.
  • Provide ongoing support, guidance, and resources to ambassadors to maximize their impact.
  • Develop incentive programs and recognition initiatives to motivate and reward ambassador performance.
Weekly Reporting and Analysis
  • Generate comprehensive reports on social media performance, ambassador activities, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Student Data Collection and Analysis
  • Implement data collection methods to gather student data.
  • Maintain a database of student contacts for targeted outreach and communication.
Collaboration with Local Institutions
  • Identify partnership opportunities with local educational institutions, such as schools, colleges, and universities.
  • Coordinate collaborative activities, events, and initiatives to engage with students and faculty members.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key contacts at partner institutions.
Follow-Up Calls for Walk-Ins
  • Conduct proactive follow-up calls to prospective students.
  • Provide personalized assistance, address inquiries, and encourage enrollment through effective communication.
  • Track and report on outcomes to measure the effectiveness of follow-up efforts.
Attendance and Participation in University Trainings
  • Attend training sessions and workshops provided by partner universities to stay informed about program offerings, admission requirements, and industry trends.
  • Share insights and knowledge gained with the marketing team to enhance strategies and tactics.
Design and Implementation of Summer Internship Program
  • Develop a structured summer internship program to provide valuable experience to students interested in applying abroad.
  • Design internship curriculum, assignments, and projects aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor interns, providing guidance and feedback throughout the program.
