Job Description

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies (social media, ads, website, email)
• Plan and manage offline/physical marketing activities (events, in-store branding, promotions)
• Continuously generate new and innovative marketing ideas
• Integrate online and offline campaigns for maximum reach
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies regularly
• Research market trends, competitors, and customer behavior
• Manage content planning and marketing calendars
• Coordinate with designers, vendors, and sales teams
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms
• Prepare reports with insights and improvement plans
• Test new tools, platforms, and marketing approaches
• Drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in digital and offline marketing
• Strong knowledge of marketing tools and analytics
• Creative, analytical, and result-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
