About the Company

We are looking for a passionate marketing professional on behalf of a Chicago-based accounting firm serving small and medium-sized businesses across the US. Clients trust us for tax, advisory, and outsourced accounting services. As they grow, they want to invest in their brand and digital presence — and we need a dedicated Marketing Manager to lead that effort from our Lahore office.

The Role

This is a high-visibility role where you will own the firm's marketing execution end to end — from email campaigns and LinkedIn content to SEO, website management, and brand building. You will be the engine behind our Always Top of Mind (A.T.M.) strategy, ensuring we stay consistently visible to the SMB owners and referral partners we serve. This is not a campaign-by-campaign role. We measure marketing in years, not weeks.

What You Will Do
Email Marketing
  • Plan, write, and deploy monthly newsletters, tax alerts, and client communications
  • Build and segment email database by industry, service line, and engagement
  • Manage email platform (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar) including deliverability and compliance
  • Track open rates, click-throughs, and conversions — report monthly
Social Media & LinkedIn
  • Own the firm's LinkedIn presence — content calendar, posts, engagement, and growth
  • Manage Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube with platform-tailored content
  • Write thought-leadership and personal brand content for firm partners
SEO & Website
  • Maintain and grow the firm website as an educational resource for prospects
  • Handle on-page SEO — keyword research, meta descriptions, internal linking
  • Manage WordPress including updates and basic technical hygiene
Branding & Content
  • Maintain visual identity and brand voice across all touchpoints
  • Write blog posts, case studies, client guides, and educational content
  • Build a library of brand-approved templates and collateral
Reporting
  • Track KPIs — email engagement, social reach, website traffic, lead generation
  • Deliver monthly marketing dashboard to firm leadership
What We Are Looking For
Required
  • 3-5 years of hands-on marketing experience — email marketing and social media
  • Strong English writing skills — ability to simplify complex topics for business owners
  • Proficiency with email platforms — Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact, or similar
  • Fluency with LinkedIn and social scheduling tools — Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar
  • Comfort with design tools — Canva at minimum, Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • Experience planning and executing webinars or virtual events
  • Strong project management — able to juggle multiple deliverables simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
Preferred
  • Prior experience in professional services — accounting, law, finance, or consulting
  • Experience marketing to a defined niche or vertical
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, HubSpot Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics
  • Working SEO knowledge — keyword research, on-page optimization, content strategy
  • Experience with WordPress or similar CMS
