Orange Tree Systems is hiring an experienced Medical Billing Specialist to support our US healthcare operations.
The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in end-to-end medical billing, including claims submission, payment posting, denial management, and insurance follow-ups, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursements.
Medical billing plays a key role in processing and managing claim submissions and following up on unpaid claims to ensure providers receive timely payment.

Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year experience in US Medical Billing (required)
- Strong knowledge of claims submission and insurance follow-ups
- Experience handling denials, rejections, resubmissions, and appeals
- Familiarity with EOB/ERA and payment posting
- Good understanding of medical billing concepts including RCM workflow
- Excellent communication skills for payer interaction
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
Preferred Skills (Plus Points)
- Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS (basic understanding required)
- Experience in AR calling/follow-up and aging reports
- Prior experience working with US healthcare billing systems / EHR platforms
- Ability to identify trends in denials and reduce rejection rate
