Design, implement, and manage enterprise-level network infrastructure.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues to ensure optimum uptime and reliability.
Implement security measures to protect network integrity and sensitive data.
Collaborate with IT team members and other departments to optimize network operations.
Maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
Perform network upgrades and system updates as necessary.
Document network configurations, changes, and procedures.
Assist with disaster recovery planning and implementation.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Network Engineer and Network Administrator.
Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware.
Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic, and network analytics tools.
Knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols.
Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewalls, routers, switches, and controllers.
Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
In-depth understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience with network security practices and procedures.
Effective communication skills to interact with team members, management, and clients.
Work Environment
