Role Overview:
We require a results-oriented professional with proven expertise in guest posting, manual email outreach, and high-authority link acquisition. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in building quality, white-hat backlinks and staying updated with the latest off-page SEO strategies, including AI/LLM-driven visibility approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute scalable off-page SEO strategies aligned with business goals
- Identify and secure high-quality guest posting opportunities (local & international)
- Conduct personalized manual outreach campaigns and manage negotiations
- Perform competitor backlink analysis and replicate high-value opportunities
- Build contextual, niche-relevant, authority backlinks
- Maintain strategic and natural anchor text distribution
- Monitor link quality, indexing status, and manage toxic link risks
- Work on digital PR, brand mentions, and unlinked mention reclamation
- Implement modern off-page approaches including entity SEO and AI/LLM visibility strategies
- Maintain structured reporting of outreach and link acquisition performance
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on off-page SEO experience
- Strong grip on guest posting and email outreach
- Experience with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, BuzzStream, Hunter, etc.
- Solid understanding of DR/DA metrics, anchor strategy, and link quality evaluation
- Up-to-date knowledge of Google algorithm updates and white-hat SEO practices
- Experience in local SEO link building (citations, directories, etc.)
Basic Technical Understanding (Mandatory):
- Clear understanding of on-page SEO fundamentals (meta tags, headings, internal linking)
- Basic technical SEO knowledge (indexing, crawlability, sitemap, robots.txt, canonical tags)
- Ability to identify technical issues affecting link equity or indexing
- Understanding of how backlinks impact crawl budget, authority flow, and rankings
