Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support daily office operations.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence.
  • Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and manage records.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the office staff.
  • Assist in coordinating events and meetings.
  • Greet visitors and clients and provide assistance as needed.
  • Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
Requirements:
