Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support daily office operations.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence.
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain organized filing systems and manage records.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the office staff.
- Assist in coordinating events and meetings.
- Greet visitors and clients and provide assistance as needed.
- Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
Requirements:
- Ability to work on-site full-time.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate; no prior experience is required but is considered a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Office Administrator or Secretary will be an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
