The ideal Onboarding Specialist at Blink is someone who has:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related discipline with a focus on client-facing roles
  • Basic understanding of onboarding processes, client lifecycle, and customer success practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to explain product features and workflows in a clear and simple manner
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Confidence in handling client interactions professionally
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic system configurations is a plus
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage tasks efficiently
  • Willingness to learn new systems, products, and processes
  • Experience required: 1 to 2 years
In This Role, You’ll Get To:
  • Manage end-to-end client onboarding processes ensuring a smooth transition
  • Coordinate with clients to gather requirements and set up accounts accordingly
  • Provide product training sessions to clients and their teams
  • Guide clients on system usage, features, and best practices
  • Act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, support, operations) for seamless onboarding
  • Ensure all onboarding milestones are completed within timelines
  • Address client queries and resolve issues during the onboarding stage
  • Maintain onboarding documentation and provide regular status updates
  • Ensure a successful handover to support or account management teams after onboarding completion
