We’re looking for a remote operations executive to handle backend business operations for Circle, ranging from customer support, order management, and product listings on the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer & Seller Support:
- Manage inbound queries on all platforms (WhatsApp, Meta, calls)
- Manage communication on campaigns and keep track of conversations with customers
- Identify issues with orders and resolve them
Order Management:
- Manage end-to-end order process: ensure timely dispatch, customer intimation, delivery coordination
- Manage returns, refunds, and exchanges
- Collect feedback and feed into company insights pipeline
Product Listings:
- Receive data from ops team in UAE and convert it into listings for the website which involves
- Basic picture editing (tools provided) through Canva
- Creating Shopify listings with Circle’s internal tool
- Ensuring data sanity of each listing (price, metafields, tags)
Maintaining Platform Hygiene:
- Keep track of listings on platform and do regular health check of the platform
