Role Overview

As an Outreach Specialist at Makula Technology, you will be the engine of our off-page SEO efforts. Your primary responsibility is executing structured outreach campaigns to secure high-quality backlinks from relevant, authoritative websites. Your work will directly strengthen domain authority, increase organic visibility, and contribute to inbound demo generation.

Responsibilities

• Research and prospect 30-50 relevant websites per week within manufacturing, industrial technology, and B2B SaaS niches
• Craft and send personalised, persuasive outreach emails for guest posts, resource links, and partnerships
• Secure approximately 30 new high-quality referring domains per month
• Maintain and update backlink tracking in Google Sheets or Excel
• Collaborate closely with Content Writers to brief and coordinate guest post creation
• Compile and present weekly backlink and outreach performance reports using Semrush and Google Search Console
