Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescriptions accurately and promptly.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to evaluate medication plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage pharmaceutical inventory.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and pharmacy policies.

• Educate patients on lifestyle changes and medication adherence.
• Participate in continuous professional development and stay current with industry trends.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality patient care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using pharmacy management software.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Valid pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• Certification in immunization delivery (preferred).
• CPR certification is a plus.
