Blink Co. Technologies is looking for a skilled POS Implementation Specialist to bring its Blink POS system to life at client locations.

This is a field-based, hands-on role focused on delivering seamless in-store experiences and ensuring successful client deployments.

Job Type:

Full-Time | Field Work | Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure POS hardware, including terminals, printers, and scanners
• Set up and customize Blink POS software based on client requirements
• Train store teams on effective system usage and best practices
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure operational readiness
• Support smooth and successful client go-live processes
• Coordinate with product and support teams for escalations and issue resolution

Role Overview

• Act as the bridge between Blink’s product and real-world client operations
• Work closely with clients to ensure a smooth deployment experience
• Serve as the frontline representative of Blink Co. Technologies on-site
• Maintain strong coordination across internal and external stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Strong technical aptitude with hands-on hardware and software experience
• Practical knowledge of POS systems
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to perform under pressure
• Willingness to travel within assigned cities and regions
• Experience in IT support or field operations is preferred
