Blink Co. Technologies is looking for a skilled POS Implementation Specialist to bring its Blink POS system to life at client locations.
This is a field-based, hands-on role focused on delivering seamless in-store experiences and ensuring successful client deployments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure POS hardware, including terminals, printers, and scanners
- Set up and customize Blink POS software based on client requirements
- Train store teams on effective system usage and best practices
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure operational readiness
- Support smooth and successful client go-live processes
- Coordinate with product and support teams for escalations and issue resolution
Role Overview
- Act as the bridge between Blink’s product and real-world client operations
- Work closely with clients to ensure a smooth deployment experience
- Serve as the frontline representative of Blink Co. Technologies on-site
- Maintain strong coordination across internal and external stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Strong technical aptitude with hands-on hardware and software experience
- Practical knowledge of POS systems
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to perform under pressure
- Willingness to travel within assigned cities and regions
- Experience in IT support or field operations is preferred
