About the Role

This is a hands-on, on-ground role where you bring Blink POS to life at client locations. You’ll install hardware, configure software, train staff, and ensure smooth go-live. You are the bridge between product and real-world operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure POS hardware, including terminals, printers, and scanners
  • Set up and customize Blink POS software based on client requirements
  • Train store teams on effective system usage and best practices
  • Troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure operational readiness
  • Support smooth and successful client go-live processes
  • Coordinate with product and support teams for escalations and issue resolution
What We’re Looking For
  • Technical aptitude and comfort with hardware/software setups
  • Strong communication skills for client training
  • Problem-solving mindset under pressure
  • Willingness to travel within city/region
  • Experience in POS, IT support, or field operations preferred
Nice to Have
  • Experience with retail or F&B operations
  • Basic networking knowledge
