Performs precision finishing and polishing of medical device components, applying detailed, hands-on techniques similar to fine jewelry finishing. Responsible for assembling multi-component parts, maintaining high quality standards, and supporting production flow in a clean, regulated manufacturing environment.

Must-Have Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or production environment
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Good hand-eye coordination and visual acuity
• Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workstation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in precision manufacturing or machine shop environments
• Technical training or certification in manufacturing or mechanical assembly
• Familiarity with clean room assembly or packaging procedures

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
• 2nd Shift 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm
• 3rd Shift 11:00 pm – 7:30 am
• Weekend Shift: Three 12 hour shifts (Work 36 hours, paid for 40)

Compensation:

• $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
