Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet company objectives.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on cost, quality, service, support, availability, reliability, and selection.
- Negotiate contracts, prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers and service providers.
- Manage relationships with suppliers to achieve cost-effectiveness and high-quality services.
- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and supplier practices.
- Ensure the procurement process follows regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and specifications.
- Prepare and review purchase orders, invoice verification, and payment processes.
- Conduct regular supplier audits to assess performance and compliance.
- Keep detailed records of purchases, pricing, and other procurement documentation.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Proven track record in negotiating terms and managing supplier relationships.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to influence and handle complex negotiations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Professional certification such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant procurement software.
- Strong understanding of procurement and sourcing strategies.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
