Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet company objectives.
  • Evaluate and select suppliers based on cost, quality, service, support, availability, reliability, and selection.
  • Negotiate contracts, prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers and service providers.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers to achieve cost-effectiveness and high-quality services.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and supplier practices.
  • Ensure the procurement process follows regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and specifications.
  • Prepare and review purchase orders, invoice verification, and payment processes.
  • Conduct regular supplier audits to assess performance and compliance.
  • Keep detailed records of purchases, pricing, and other procurement documentation.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Proven track record in negotiating terms and managing supplier relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to influence and handle complex negotiations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Professional certification such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant procurement software.
  • Strong understanding of procurement and sourcing strategies.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
