Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Develop prototypes for user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the product design.
• Work in tandem with other designers to ensure consistent design language and user experience across the product.
• Conduct user research and evaluations to identify user needs, behaviors, and preferences.
• Produce high-quality design solutions through visual and graphic design.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies related to user experience.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in product design or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design solutions with a significant user interface and user experience component.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work within a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role in design.
• Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Demonstrated understanding of layout, typography, color, and other design fundamentals.
• Experience with user testing and A/B testing environments is preferred.
