Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create user-centered designs.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interaction specifications to support product development.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and enhance user experience.
• Maintain design consistency across all platforms, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Create visual and interaction design assets for various digital products.
• Engage in regular critique sessions to improve design processes and outputs.

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio showcasing design work, demonstrating an understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS to communicate effectively with development teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business and technical requirements into design solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, Art, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in product design or a similar role.
• Ability to work in a hybrid work setting, maintaining productivity across remote and in-office environments.
• Experience in conducting user research and interpreting user data is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with a dedication to quality and accuracy.
